In the 35 years that I have been working in photography I have never tired from the simple joy of taking photographs. I have also come to realise that photography is not just about the object being shot but about the people who created it, designed it or cooked it. Developing a creative bond with my clients is so important and means I can ensure that the images reflect the time, skill and expertise that goes into everything they do.
Over the years I have photographed crafts, quilts, food, people, places, interiors and exteriors and worked with some top chefs including John Torode, Gary Rhodes, Anjum Anand and James Martin. I have shot on location as well as in studios from both behind the camera and in front as a stylist. I source props and style both as a separate task and combined with taking the photographs. This extensive experience means that, with a brief, I am very comfortable and confident working on my own to source props, style and photograph images.
I am also lucky enough to own a location house, Sea House, in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This five bedroomed home can be hired as a location on its own or as part of my unique photography package that includes everything you need to create some beautiful images for one single price.
