Sea House is a five bedroom regency house located right on the beach in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Decorated in a neutral colour scheme the house makes an ideal setting for a location shoot with buckets of natural light, and over 10 rooms plus, a garden, balcony to choose from. The beach is right on the doorstep, pebbly at high tide and sandy at low tide this, along with the large lawn area outside the house can be used for photography without license.
